  • Fun Fact #1

We bake our bagels on burlap bagel boards, upside down, then flip them onto a cordierite pizza stone floor. Our process allows for an even bake, as well as a robust and original flavored bagel.

  • Fun Fact #2

Our bagels can be enjoyed for up to 3 months, if taken care of correctly. When stored in plastic, our bagels will last from 4 to 6 days before going stale. We recommend freezing your bagels before the 6-day mark, to preserve its freshness and give you an opportunity to reinvigorate the beauty of a freshly baked bagel. To thaw, throw the frozen bagel into your oven for 5-7 minutes at 350 F, or toss into a preheated air fryer for 5-7 minutes at 320-350 F.
