Meet Danny

He makes the bagels.

Danny has been baking bagels for 12 years, modifying and perfecting his methods along the way. It all started when he was asked by his local Vermont bakery to be their interim baker, summer of 2012. A simple “You’re good at this!” was all he needed to let the bagel dreams begin.

On top of baking for a local bakery in Vermont, Danny’s experiences also include baking 300 to 1000 bagels a day with a wholesale shop in Summit, CO, as well as baking and selling bagels out of home kitchens in Portland, ME and Saratoga, NY.

Danny moved to Santa Fe in 2021, originally to find work as a Physical Therapist. However, the prospects of starting a bagel company in Santa Fe was too tempting. He is now in pursuit of this dream, enjoying every step of the journey.
